Evicted takes place in Milwaukee from 2008 to 2009. It follows 8 families, their struggles to stay in their homes and what becomes of them.

This book reads like fiction but actually happened. Can you imagine being ordered to leave your home because of things not in your control and having to decide if you can live with a friend, relative, in a shelter or just under a bridge, (with your kids)?
